We understand that it is unpleasant if the item you received doesn't meet your satisfaction. If our products have any deficits, contact us within 90 days and we are willing to give you a full refund.We'd also provide further service if anything can be done for your needs.

If items arrive damaged, Plushygift will replace or issue a full refund. Please notify us within 15 days from the delivery day. The same policy is applied to items that appear defects within 99 days of regular use.
